這次介紹另外種的煮物。
用雞肉&根類菜,醬油口味的鄉土料理!

[ 2人份]
雞腿肉 Chicken thigh-1片
味淋 Mirin-1大匙
醬油 Soy sauce-1大匙

乾燥香菇 Dried shitake mushrooms-3~4片
牛蒡 Burdock root-100g
紅蘿蔔 Carrot-1/2支
蒟蒻片 Konjac—1/2片
豌豆(汆燙過) Snow peas, blanched-5~6片

日式高湯 Dashi-300cc左右
清酒 Sake-4大匙
味淋 Mirin-4大匙
砂糖 Sugar-1/2大匙
醬油 Soy sauce-3大匙

【 裝便當注意點 】
裝便當盒裡面時候要特別注意衛生面!
注意1: 食物要全熟
-肉,魚,都要全熟,尤其是絞肉,蛋類容易壞掉特別要小心!
注意2: 食物要冷卻後再裝
-食物還熱,直接放在便當盒的話,盒子內會太燜。食物容易壞掉。
做好的料理先放在盤子上冷卻後再裝
或裝在便當盒裡後不要馬上蓋起來。等到食物完全冷卻後再蓋起來。
注意3: 不要放太熱的地方,尤其是夏天最好跟保冷劑一起放在保冷袋子。
